Two pounds down this week!
I really didn't expect this loss. I recently gave up soda. If you watched my YouTube video last week, I was CONVINCED and still am, that soda was the cause of my acne.
I find myself being satisfied at the end of the day and having a few points for a desert. I love desert!
My mom couldnt weigh-in with me this week, she was on her way back from Arizona. Typically I would have blown off weigh-in. Yeah, I said it! but I didn't! I got up early and weighed in. I am proud of my mom too. She even found a Weight Watcher meeting while driving back and made a point to weigh in, in a whole other county! GO MOM! She ended up losing 3.something pounds, even while being on vacation too!
This is what I mean, when I say, "After awhile it just clicks!" It does. Without hesitation I go for the healthier versions. Yes I do have a good burger every now and then and I eat all the sweets I want (in portion control of course!)
I can honestly say, I am PROUD of myself. I track, I make sure I getting exercise in and I am not fretting it. I'm living life! I have been eating all I want and I am still within my points! It really is a lifestyle!
Yay me!!

I gave up soda a number of years ago and it was probably one of the best things I ever did for my body. Congrats on the 2 lb loss!
