I lost 2.6 lbs this week and I must say I am excited and I feel so refreshed and back in action! See I told you I am doing this with my head high, a positive mind, spirit and view! Thats all I needed, was to get all my cravings out my system!
HIGH OF THE WEEK
My high of the week came Saturday when I got my free personal training session. I did upper body strength training. I didn't want to, in fact, I wanted to bail on it. I was so sore the next day. MY WHOLE UPPER BODY HURT SO BAD!!! It was horrible! But I did it!! Go Stef!

LOW OF THE WEEK
Um, I really didn't have a LOW! I am so focused that I didn't feel bad one bit! Even at my cheat meal! I didn't do a cheat day, just a cheat meal.
WHAT I LEARNED
I learned that a positive outlook will attract positive things! Yep, took me sometime to GET this but I did! I also learned that being hard on myself does NO good!
TIP OF THE WEEK
The kids meal Pollo Bowl at El Pollo Loco is only 8PP! Its just a smaller version of the bigger one that is 15pp!! Score! I just love the kids meal version! And it comes with tortillas! Woot! Also, if your counting calories, its low! So its a win-win! Remember the KIDS MEAL POLLO BOWL!

So Weight Watchers brought in a new program called Weight Watchers 360! This is to introduce you to routines to make it a lifestyle change. I do this already, but I thought this is a CLEVER way to introduce this LIFESTYLE change rather than going through the motions! It gets us into habits!
