I think that our "gut instinct" reacts to the primal intuition that people have... and it understands before the mind rationalizes what you should and should not do... so you are right, you "gut" should be listened to (but don't answer it with ice cream!!)..!
You are looking GOOD... quit dancing like that and if you are, you better find a way to charge people to see your milkshake..! :0)
