I Lost!!!! Woot! Not as much as I wanted but its still a loss! I also was VERY

LOW OF THE WEEK


I went out and the drink I had, which was a Mint Julep, was HIGH in points. I didnt like the drink, but it was bought for me. I should have stuck to something I can count.
 
 

 


WHAT I LEARNED


I learned that with FOCUS you can achieve ANYTHING!!!

My weight loss journey has take me SIX years because LIFE happened & when you change your life, life happens. I am proof that if you set your mind frame to, "I can do this!" YOU CAN! There is NO time limit on weight loss. Remember: the quicker you lose it, the faster you'll gain it back. Don't make a time limit on your healthy. Health lasts a lifetime. Work your ass off, MODERATION NOT DEPRIVATION. Find what works for you in a HEALTHY way! Doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you GO!

Your pictures are inspirational. I have gained and lost, gained and lost, and gained right back.
I have struggled with my weight for many years and I try to set goals that I don't meet. Thank you soo much for showing that sometimes things take longer because life happens, but you shouldn't give up
