HIGH OF THE WEEK


I lost despite thinking I gained! I did track, I exercised and I did have a "cheat day" --I really thought the Cheat Day would cause me to gain. Guess not! lol
 

LOW OF THE WEEK


My mom and starved ourselves Friday. We were having so much fun, we forgot to eat. Came 3 and we ate like we hadn't eaten all day...wait WE HADN'T! So that was a low. 


WHAT I LEARNED


I learned that I should NEVER wait to eat! ( O_ O)

TIP OF THE WEEK

I love me some Sausages and Rice! Fresh & Easy has 2pp Sausages! So good and Tasty! For those who calculate calories, only 90! Some are less!
