I'm back yet again! I weighed in this week and I know many of you have TONS of questions about me and how I feel about "simply starting". I will get into that in a VLOG to be honest. So Stay tuned tomorrow. This is just a Weight Watchers Week huh! Lol. Well, lets begin!

Holy smokes batman!!
I am so proud of this accomplishment! I was honestly not even paying any attention to the size until someone said, "STEF YOU'RE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS!" Lol! So oblivious right? It feels good to know I (emphasize "I") did that! Goes to show, if you keep on keeping on, good things happen! Just takes time and patience!
LOW OF THE WEEK
I went cookie crazy during family time. NO BUENO!
WHAT I LEARNED
I learned that if you keep on keeping on, the scale may not show those other NON-SCALE VICTORIES! Which means, clothes will get bigger, you lose inches and you blossom into a whole new person. Its those NSV that mean a lot and SHOW your progress. Not the number on the scale.
TIP OF THE WEEK
I know MANY of you had "Stef, I didn't know we had a NWI pass!" and I explained that WW used to have a literal pass, well IT'S BACK! This means, you don't have to step on the scale. Sometimes stepping on the scale is a mental issue. I did it, as you saw two weeks ago. Now WW has the actual pass!
