I'm back!!! And guess what! I am 6 pounds away from goal! I am super excited to share this weigh-in with you guys. I set a goal for Turkey day and I FULFILLED IT! YAY!!
HIGH OF THE WEEK
My
high of the week came ::Drumroll please:: When I tracked on Thanksgiving Day! This is HUGE! Why? Because I have never tracked on a holiday. NEVER! I scarfed down anything and everything I wanted in the past and felt so sick after! WELL! HERE IS PROOF!
LOW OF THE WEEK
I didn't have a low. I am so proud of that too!!
WHAT I LEARNED
Set a plan and stick to it! During thanksgiving a family member said, "Stef! You dont have to count points!!!" And I had a plan. Just because everyone was eating out control, didn't mean I have too! So when someone comments on you counting points, calories or picking a healthier version unlike them, STICK TO YOUR PLAN!! It will pay off!!
TIP OF THE WEEK
The holidays are approaching and I encourage you guys to have a plan when you got to a party. Yet have fun! Eat before you head out to the party therefore you wont be eating galore at their party! WHOA-LA!
