HEY! HEY! HEY! Look whose back! I weighed in this week! And I am so happy I did! I finally LOST! Yay! Which means I am only FIVE pounds away from goal! YAY!

learned that I have to stay focused! Keep my eye on the prize!
TIP OF THE WEEK
I get a lot of "How do you get back on track?" Well...my tip is : REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED! It's so easy to get off track but you have to remember this is a lifestyle not some rad-fad diet!
