Hello! Hello! Hello! Guess what I have for you! A review. I am so honored to have been given the chance to review Fitbook! And one of you lucky readers will be able to win one!
So before we start with the review, I wanted to share Fitbook's Fitlosophy! (I think thats a neat term btw...Fitlosophy...catchy huh?)
Anyways, here is what their mission is:
"The mission of fitlosophy is to inspire people to live a healthy,
active lifestyle by motivating and supporting them with innovative
products, to redefine how people integrate fitness into their lifestyle,
and to change the shape of our world - literally.
the company's founder, Angela Manzanares, embraces the fit life
and has a passion for positively influencing the lives of others. based
out of orange county, California, fitlosophy is the company behind the
fitbook™, a revolutionary line of fitness + nutrition journals that are
redefining how people reach their fitness goals."
Now, if you are on the fitness journey like me, we know that the most important part of losing weight is TRACKING!!! When we see what we are eating and doing in the gym, it sure does put things into perspective for us. I don't know about you, but tracking contributed to my 115 pound weight loss.
Here is the sample they give you:
You get to record our measurements, your body fat, what you eat, how much you're eating, your gym progress, what you are doing in the gym, what your fitness goals are, and most importantly what you can fix ti improve your fitness and your health.
This cute little journal did put things into perspective. Even though mine isnt as pretty, I understood it (So dont judge lol) But you get my drift!
Fitbook gives you a 12 week plan to help you stay on track and improve yourself! Again, I can't stress it enough how IMPORTANT it is to TRACK! You bite it, you write it!
This is an awesome gift to give someone on a fitness journey or if you just want to purchase one for yourself...which you can get a 10% DISCOUNT on your order!

Being able to see what I am accountable for in black and white would be beneficial to my weight loss journey.
I would love a fitbook so I can keep my goals accountable and realistic.
I am a huge fan of fit book. Love being able to track everything in one place!
I think my wife would enjoy using this.
I like the idea of having a reference guide to refer back to. Having all measurements and tracking in one place is a great tool!
Oh! I like the workbook and all the logs! I have been writing my stuff down in a boring composition book. This is much nicer.
